Bristol City's Technical Director Brian Tinnion has announced his departure after 25 years with the club. He reflects on his time at the club, including leading the Academy programme and helping establish it as the sixth-ranked academy in Europe. Tinnion has dedicated himself fully to every role he has been fortunate enough to undertake, giving his heart and soul to Bristol City every single day. He is proud of the hard work and dedication that has gone into achieving the club's success, including reaching the FA Youth Cup semi-final and seeing the Under-18s win the league in 2025. Tinnion also reflects on his time as Technical Director, during which the club reached the Championship play-offs for the first time in 17 years. He thanks everyone at the club for their support and wishes Charlie, James and Michael every success for the future.
