Bristol City have confirmed pay on the day ticket arrangements for their Championship trip to Preston North End on Tuesday. The club announced that away supporters can purchase admission at Deepdale for the 7:45 PM kick-off.
This news comes as the Robins sit 12th in the Championship table with four points from their opening three games. Their recent form reads win, draw, loss, and they have scored four goals while conceding five so far this season.
Away fans can buy tickets directly from the away ticket office at Deepdale from 6 PM on matchday. Both cash and card payments will be accepted for these purchases. All tickets for this fixture are digital. Supporters must present a PDF ticket on their smartphone or a printed paper copy to scan at the turnstiles for entry. Online sales through the club will stop at 10 AM on Tuesday, September 1st.
The club has a clear policy for young supporters attending away matches. Every supporter under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is over 18 years old. This rule is enforced for all away travel.
Official supporter coach travel to Preston is available from Ashton Gate. For Season Ticket holders, the cost is £34. The price for non-Season Ticket holders is £39. All coaches will depart from the Winterstoke Road Car Park at 1:30 PM. Supporters who plan to drive and leave their vehicle at the stadium can park on site at Ashton Gate.
Tuesday's match is a midweek Championship fixture as the season begins to take shape. Bristol City currently trail league leaders Charlton Athletic by five points in the early title race. Following the trip to Deepdale, Nigel Pearson's side face another away game against Burnley on Saturday, September 5th. Fans can track the team's progress on the standings page and view the full schedule on our fixtures list.
The team's goal difference stands at minus one after three matches. Securing a positive result at Preston could provide a boost before the next challenge. The next fixture is an away match at Turf Moor against Burnley on September 5th.
